Q: Can I have a mural made using my own artwork.

A: Absolutely.  Please call us to discuss your project and artwork specifications.

Q:  What is the turn-around time on orders for a tile mural?

A: Tile Oasis typically will ship your order within two weeks from receipt of your order/artwork.

Q: What if I break a tile when installing the mural?

A: Tile Oasis will replace a limited number of tiles at no charge within three months from the time of shipment.  The number of replacement tiles will be specified on your order confirmation.  Shipping charges apply for replacement tiles.

Q: What will a tile mural cost me?

A:  All murals are quoted individually as they are custom works of art.  For an approximate cost see our material costs per square foot at the bottom of our
Photo/Product Gallery Page and contact us for a detailed quote.

Q: Where can these murals be installed?

A: You can install our tile murals almost anywhere.  Contact us for consultation in order to see which material works best in particular applications.

Q: Can I install my mural on the floor?

A: Tile Oasis creates floor murals in a textured glass tile that is perfect for residential or commercial floor applications.

Q: Can these murals be installed outside?

A: Yes!  For outside applications it is best to install the mural where it does not get direct sun exposure.  Tile Oasis recommends using “Millennium XE” a UV protective overcoat that can be applied after your mural installation.  We do not warrant the life span of tiles installed outdoors as climate conditions and installation location determine the lifespan of the artwork.   Where freeze/thaw conditions exist we recommend our porcelain tile.  Call us for more information about installing murals outdoors.

Q: Can I cancel or return my custom tile product/order?

A: Sorry all custom tile sales are final.
